Ajax Consulting is an Executive Recruitment and Headhunting firm founded in March 2002 by a professional, Sharad Bhoyar, with work experience from 1985, who has been in senior corporate management positions since 1997 before starting off on his own. We deal in the placement of quality professionals with leading companies in India & sometimes overseas, and enjoy direct and personal relations with the recruiters and hiring leaders in a number of high profile and quality companies.
We are well networked amongst professionals as a number of our candidates and clients have had direct professional contact with our founder at some or the other stages of their careers. We subscribe to a number of job sites and also have a current extensive database of resumes of candidates in all fields, from all different levels and from all over the world. Our preferred mode of operation is as a search firm, i.e. first we get the detailed specifications of the opening from the client and then find suitable candidates from our own database and by advertising on job sites.
